I had no idea that the Dark Knight was such a big hit that after almost a week since the release of the movie, the tickets are still selling like hot cakes in every cinema on every show time. i think i underestimated the movie. Didn't realise that it was a Wednesday and on Wednesday's, both TGV and GSC tend to have cheaper rates for all shows. But does it include Dark Knight? All i know is, in Summit GSC, tickets for Dark Knight were selling at RM6! freaking cheap alright! then again, we came out of the line after 10mins since the 'selling fast' light was already blinking, meaning the seats won't be as good. my theory: whats the point of watching a show 1/2/3 rows from the screen. that's torture ok. by the way, that was our (the boyfriend and i) second attempt trying to catch the show. The first time was last weekend when the show just came out. Weekends + New release = forget about it, we shall watch it another day. And the 'another day' happened to be on a Wednesday, where internet booking for that show was not allowed/full/selling fast/bad seats.
-___________- side track a little, i don't get to see the boyfriend as often now because he's interning and im studying. hence, the need for us to set a day for a date. boohoo. anyway, we've secured 2 tickets for a friday night movie. hooray! no, im not much of a Batman fan, but, since there's so much hype about it, every blog i read, i read something about the Dark Knight. apparently the show is super good. please dont disappoint me :( plus, it's Heath Ledger's last movie. I heard he performed really well in the movie that he might get an Oscar for it. furthermore, i think my effort in going to the ticket booth 3 times just to watch that movie should pay off. it better! the seats looks fine. now, the movie better be good!
