it's all about the money

i spent one whole hour trying to fix my blog template but it failed miserably. something about html's that i just cant seem to understand. in other words, i'm just too lazy to go through all the html tutorials. shall leave that for another day. meanwhile, i'll have to live with the default header until i have time to come up with a new one.

life in melbourne is a routine of going for classes during the weekdays and heading out for brunch and grocery shopping on weekends. im pretty sick of the routine but i dont see any way of coming out of it. is there a way to break the routine without involving extra cash spent? cause anything exciting involves money. so staying home seems like the best way to avoid the extra cash spent. or maybe, im just not a risk taker/spontaneous/adventurous enough to break the boring lifestyle. im still young. at this age, i only have 2 things to consider - 1. study hard 2. play hard.

im not sure if the words have spread but my laptop of 18 months is currently brain dead. after having 2 laptops not surviving through the age of 2, i've started to believe that im jinxed in some way. my relationship with laptops and printers are never smooth. every 18 months, i have to admit either one, one way or another. usually, they die in a sudden death. to my parents, i thank you both for the constant financial support. without both of you, my life would have been miserable without a new laptop and a new printer to replace the old one.

yes, it's all about the money.
within a month, my account balance dropped by half and im on the verge of sacrificing my end-of-semester trip before i head home.
Dear God, please let this jinx be lifted off and may this current laptop and printer serve me well for the years to come.

i love my parents.
