The start of winter break

5th July 2009 (Sunday)


Day 56: Friday (26.06.2009)

If you dont already know, im done with finals!!!!!!!!! *dances around~~~*

As expected, it took some time for the sudden free time that i have to sip into my mind. all these while, i've been nothing but busy. on the contrary, im glad that my busy-ness made people like Roy feel a whole lot better on what he thought was the worst for him.
Anyway, 4 papers within a week. the time passed by faster than i thought. one minute i was panicking over the first paper, the 2nd paper, the 3rd and the 4th. the next i know, im done with finals and people coming up to me whats the plan for after exams.

so my plan?
SLEEP (duh), clean my freaking messy and dirty room, do my laundry (ran out of big comfy t-shirts!), and do NOTHING!

A 5 hour nap after my last paper, i decided to hit the club. *yawn, because clubbing was the last in my list*

After a 30minutes wait (or maybe longer) in the line, we got in.
Overall, it was a sloooooooooooooow day in the club. because it was expected, therefore no complains at the end of the night.

Day 57: Saturday (27.06.2009)
Slept when the sky was still dark.
Woke up to the dark.
Time for dinner.
Korean food it was.
Transformers 2.
Goodnight, again.


Day 58: Sunday (28.06.2009)
Early enough for the sake of Dimsummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :))))

Egg tart was super duper awesome, Chicken feet was super duper gross. eewwwww.

Today's Chef: Chef William from Malaysia.

Cooking Style: Mainly Western and most of the time do not know what is he cooking until he tastes it.

Today's menu:
1. Entre - Fresh Oysters (unfortunately forgotten, we had it only after the main course. HAHAHAHAHA)

2. Maincourse - Fish with pumpkin and pasta, topped with creamy apple leek sauce.

3. Dessert - 蕃薯糖水 (sweet potato tong shui)

so niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
one mouth of it and im all warm and fuzzy inside.
ginger, sugar, sweet potato at a balance. OMG. perfect for winter.


Day 59: Monday (29.06.2009)

Today's Chef: Marcus Kwan

Cooking style: Chinese all the way!

Today's menu:


1. Roast Pork!!!!!

2. Some vegetable (i dunno what you call it) with glass noodles and dried shrimps.


3. ABC pork soup.


Felt so homeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Marcus's cooking brought back a taste from home :(
