6 months ago I was a newbie to MUISS. Having applied for a position in the committee was accidental and I have a friend named Jeannie Wu to thank for. After going through the interview and was informed that I was given a position in the committee, I had no idea what was I getting myself into. There was only 2 ways this will end - good or bad.
A few weeks into the committee, I attended my first Saturday meeting, which honestly, I was very reluctant to go to. This meeting brought international students organization from all of 6 Monash campuses around Melbourne together. Of the matters discussed during the meeting, one of it was the Inter-ISO (International students organization) Ball. Every year, each campus sends representatives from their ISO to form a committee that will organize an annual ball, mainly catered to international students. The ball aims to enhance international student bond and to bring all the 6 campuses together for a one night event. There were many other objectives for this ball but it's gonna be a bore to have it listed out here.
Approximately 5 months worth of planning and trips to as far as Gippsland for meetings, the day came when all those plannings in paper and in head came to live :)

When everything was boxed up and the ball committee hid aside playing with helium balloons.
The outcome was amazing, And that's all that mattered :)
